So I then decided to download a full ROM set. I found a ROM set that was up to date -created 9/25/19- when i extracted the zip file, i found that it was a .DAT file. This is where I get lost. After a couple days of digging/ researching, the only thing I've been able to accomplish is opening the .DAT file in a program called Romulus.
